Bo, crocheted winter plushie

I'm finally happy with a rag doll-ish pattern! So many versions of mock-ups were made, just to be ripped apart and started over. But from the ashes of those brave soldiers rose Bo, and he's adorable.

The basic idea behind the design is laziness, sometimes I just can't stand sewing multiple pieces together to form a doll. So Bo is sewing-free! Everything is fastened with crochet stitches, so he's more or less made in one go (apart from the stuffing moments now and then).

Since we're in the middle of the winter months, I had to knit something. And because I wanted it to be fancy the scarf is knitted on double-pointed needles, so it's nice and smooth all the way around.

Christmas cards

So this years theme was Christmas-fails, and being overly ambitious. For some reason I decided that cross stitching would look great, and that I had to do it for all of my cards. In the end it looks amazing, but man... it takes forever.

I whipped up this fantastic template (no way I'm free handing these) and printed it on card stock. Then I punched holes with a needle and sewed my design.

Of course I only use the fanciest tools for my crafts, like this spiky neck-pillow as a base for my needle stabbing.

After five cards in total I simply could not stop, so name tags were created. I have the prettiest gifts ever <3
